Torque wrench -V.A.G 1331-, see equivalence

Removing rubber bush
–
Remove soundproofing.
–
Remove right drive shaft from gearbox and fix with wire.
–
Unscrew bolts
-arrows-
on both sides.
–
Pull anti-roll bar clamp off rubber bush.
–
Remove rubber bush from anti-roll bar.
Installing rubber bush
Tightening torques of front axle components
→ Chapter

Install the rubber bearing

through the bore

in the stabiliser.
Note

Ensure that the outer edge of rubber bush

lies against stop

Depending on the version, the stop
-2-
may be located on the right or left-hand side.

Secure clamps to subframe

Install right drive shaft.

Install soundproofing.
