Removing coil spring

–	Pretense the coil spring with the spring tensor -V.A.G 1752/1- until the upper ball bearing is freed.

1 -	Spring compressor -V.A.G 1752/1-

2 -	Torque wrench -V.A.G 1332-

3 -	Socket and key -T10001/8-

4 -	Ratchet -T10001/11-

5 -	Socket and key -T10001/5-

6 -	Spring retainer -V.A.G 1752/4-

WARNING

Firstly, put tension on the spring so that the upper plate of the spring is discharged.

–	Ensure that the spiral spring is correctly fitted on the spring support -V.A.G 1752/4--arrow-.

1 -	Spring compressor -V.A.G 1752/1-

2 -	Spring retainer -V.A.G 1752/4-

–	Unscrew hexagon nut from piston rod.

–	Take off suspension strut components and coil spring together with spring compressor - V.A.G 1752/1-.
