Bodywork height: measuring |
The bodywork height cannot be adjusted. If the specified values are not obtained, this could be due to the following causes: |
The rear end of the car may weigh more due to fitting it with some equipment or carrying out some modification. |
–
| If the level is high, e.g. with a measurement -a- of 445 mm, weight must be added to the vehicle. |
–
| If the level is low, e.g. with a measurement -a- of 430 mm, weight must be removed from the vehicle. |
If the height of the bodywork is not correct, this may also be due to not allocating the springs correctly. Check if necessary. |
The springs of lower suspension kits and accessories may also affect the height of the bodywork. |
Note To check the height measurements, “the vehicle must be empty”, and the fuel tank must be filled to at least 3/4 of its total capacity. |
