–  Observe instructions for your wheel alignment device.

Alignment procedure
         
 StartCarry out wheel runout compensation.Bounce springs. 
        
 Turn steering wheel to straight-ahead position and lock in place 1)Measure vehicle height. Fit brake pedal depressor -V.A.G 1869/2-. 
        
 Check front axle camberIs actual value within tolerance?No 
       
  Yes Adjusting 
       
   
        
 Check rear axle camberIs actual value within tolerance?No

 Check rear axle toeIs actual value within tolerance?No

1) If steering wheel is not centred, it must be straightened after wheel alignment is finished. Then perform basic settings for steering angle sensor -G85- using vehicle diagnosis, testing and information system -VAS 5051-.
