Special tools and workshop equipment required
   
t  Setting tool for windscreen wiper arms -U-40081-
–  Place windscreen wiper arms at end position.
–  Remove the brushes.

–  Refit the windscreen wiper arm -2- in setting tool -U-40081- and secure with the securing bolt -3-.
–  Compare the angle measured with the specification from the table.

Windscreen wiper armAngle setting in degrees
Driver's side- 3°
Passenger's side- 5°
Tolerance permitted- 0.5°
