Fuse holder: Removing and installing

WARNING

Before working on the electrical system, disconnect the battery earth strap.

Note

t	Before disconnecting the battery consult the client about the anti-theft coding on radios that have this feature.

t	When the battery is reconnected, check the vehicle equipment (radio, clock, electric comfort system, etc.), following the indications in the Workshop Manual and/or the Operating Instructions.

Special tools and workshop equipment required

t	Lever -U-30800-

Layout of fuses:

Removing

–	With tool -U-30800- carefully lever off the dash panel insert side cover, driver side, and remove.

–	Remove the driver side foot well cover: → Body, interior installation work; Rep. Gr.68

–	Remove the two securing screws -B-and at the same time, press the fuse holder in -A- to extract it.

Installing

Install in reverse order
