2)  When attempting to start with a non-adapted key a static fault is stored in the memory. If a subsequent start attempt occurs with an adpated key the fault is changed to a sporadic fault.
3)  The immobilizer control unit is a component part of the dash panel insert and therefore must not be replaced individually.
