  Note
t  Mark the rotation direction before removing the V-ribbed belt. Reversing the rotation direction of an already used belt may destroy it.
t  Pay attention to the correct position of the V-ribbed belt in the belt pulley when installing it.
1 - Coolant pump
q   removing and installing → Chapter
2 - Lever with tensioner
q   grease bearing points in holder before fitting
3 - Support
q   for generator and AC compressor
4 - Sealing ring
q   replace
5 - 20 Nm
6 - 10 Nm
7 - Screw
q   tightening order and tightening torque → Fig.
8 - Washer
9 - Screw
q   tightening order and tightening torque → Fig.
q   coat with -AMV 105 500- (Loctite 242) before inserting
10 - Bush
11 - Guide pulley
12 - Washer
q   Camber towards the outside
13 - 35 Nm
q   coat with -AMV 200 000- (Loctite 270) before inserting
14 - Screw
q   tightening order and tightening torque → Fig.
15 - Dowel sleeves for AC compressor
q   must be present in holder → Item

18 - Generator
q   to facilitate the positioning of the generator on the holder drive the bushing of the retaining screw slightly backwards
19 - 25 Nm
20 - Belt pulley
q   for crankshaft
21 - 100 Nm
q   to release and tighten lock flywheel
t  Engine removed: with -MP1-504-
t  Engine installed: with locking screw → Chapter
22 - V-ribbed belt

Tightening torques and tightening order of screws for generator and AC compressor bracket
1 - 23 Nm
2 - Bracket for alternator and AC compressor
3 - 45 Nm
4 - Washer
5 - 23 Nm
6 - 45 Nm
7 - 23 Nm
The screws are tightened in two stages in the following order:
t  1. Stage: pre-tighten to 2 Nm in the order: 1, 3, 5, 6, 7
t  2. Stage: the desired final tightening torque - tighten in the same order as for the 1st stage
