Testing the resistance of the solenoid valve > < Checking the consistency of the activated charcoal filter

Check solenoid valve for tightness
Check solenoid valve for tightness
In dead condition the solenoid valve is closed.
–  Remove the hose from the activated charcoal filter system solenoid valve 1 -N80-.
–  Connect hand vacuum pump -VAS 6213- to solenoid valve.
–  Generate a pressure, which can be measured with a manometer, and pay attention to a pressure drop as required.
If the pressure drops:
–  Replace activated charcoal filter solenoid valve 1 -N80-.
