  Note
t  The charge-air system must be tight.
t  Remove oil and grease from the charge pressure hoses and charge pressure pipes and from their connections before installing.
1 - Air deflector
2 - Charge air cooler
q   removing and installing → Chapter
3 - 8 Nm
4 - O-ring
q   replace if damaged
5 - Intake manifold pressure sender -G71- with intake manifold temperature sender -G72-
6 - Support
7 - 5 Nm
8 - O-ring
q   replace if damaged
9 - Connecting hose
10 - Retaining clip
q   replace if damaged
11 - Top charge-air pipe
12 - To induction pipe
13 - Rear charge air pipe with heating element
q   for nordic countries
14 - Rear charge-air pipe
15 - From valve cover
q   for crankcase ventilation
16 - From air filter
17 - Exhaust gas turbocharger
18 - Spring strap clamp
19 - Bottom charge air pipe
20 - Support
q   screwed onto the V-ribbed belt holder → Chapter
