t  on (observe conditions for regulating the compressor output in measured value block 002 → Chapter)
    Signal for coolant temperature “too high” from dash panel insert
t  off (coolant temperature O.K.)
t  On (coolant temperature not O.K., coolant temperature/coolant shortage warning light -K28- lights up in dash panel insert)
   Coolant temperature above -G62-
t  with ignition on (engine cool and standing): approx. ambient temperature 1)
  Ambient temperature above -G17-2)
  

1) If there are deviations from the specified value: interrogate fault memory → Engine, fuel Injection; Rep. Gr.01 and if necessary check coolant temperature sender -G62-.
2) If a temperature is displayed that greatly deviates from the ambient temperature, replace the sender.
