If ATF is added, only use ATF with spare part number -G 052 990 A2-.
–  Fill converter with 1.5 ltr. of ATF.
–  Install converter.
   
The ATF pump is driven by the torque converter -arrows-.
When installing the torque converter make sure this drive catches in the recesses of the inner gear of the ATF pump.

The converter is correctly installed if the dimension between the screw-on flange of the gearbox housing and the contact surface guide studs of the converter is of 18 mm.
