1 - Conical screw, 33 Nm
2 - Left flange shaft with pressure spring
q   removing and installing → Chapter

3 - Cap
4 - Circlip
5 - Switch for reversing lights, 20 Nm
6 - Gasket ring
q   always replace → Electronic Catalogue of Original Parts
7 - Oil drain plug
q   pay attention to different version → Chapter
q   Splined nut, 45 Nm
q   Allan screw, 30 Nm
8 - Gasket ring
q   always replace → Electronic Catalogue of Original Parts
q   is no longer applicable for oil drain plugs with thread M22 x 1.5 mm
9 - Locking screw, 45 Nm
q   for gearshift shaft
10 - 15 Nm + torque a further 90° (1/4 turn)
q   with captive washer

q   Assignment of screws as replacement part → Fig.
11 - 15 Nm + torque a further 90° (1/4 turn)
q   without washer

12 - Shift mechanism
q   disassembling and assembling → Chapter
q   remove with the gearbox installed:to do so remove air filter, battery with battery tray and locking screw (-Pos. 9-)
13 - 20 Nm

14 - O-ring

15 - Clutch housing
q   repairing → Chapter
16 - Gearbox housing
