q	for selector rods

q	replace after each disassembly → electronic catalogue of original parts

q	When using a new clutch housing a new shaft must be pressed in → Fig.

Cap

q	not fitted to all clutch housings

Remove bushing for gear shift rod A -  Countersupport, e.g. -Kukko 22/1- B -  Interior extractor 14.5...18.5 mm, e.g. -Kukko 21/2-

Drive in the bushing for shift rod flush

Pull out the needle bushing from the clutch housing A -  Countersupport, e.g. -Kukko 22/2- B -  Interior extractor 23.5...30 mm, e.g. -Kukko 21/4-   Note The needle bushing is damaged when removed and must be replaced.

Pressing needle bushing -A- into the clutch housing –  During press-in procedure, position the thrust washer -B- of the reverse shaft onto the needle bushing -A-.

Removing gasket ring for drive shaft –  Carefully lever out gasket ring with screwdriver. Gasket ring can be removed with the bushing -MP3-424- if the gearbox is disassembled.

Insert the gasket ring for the drive shaft until flush

Press shaft for reverse gear shift fork into the clutch housing
