| Removing: |
| – | Removing front bumper → Chapter. |
| – | Remove front headlights → Electrical System → Rep. gr.94. |
| – | Removing front bumper bracket (Pos. 4) → Chapter. |
| – | Separating Bowden wire for bonnet release at tailgate lock → Chapter. |
| – | Separate the air guide → Engine → Rep. gr.23. |
| – | Remove air current converter (Pos. 8) for radiator (only TDI engines). |
| – | Loosen cable harness for lock switch from the plastic clips. |
| – | Remove fixing screws (Pos. 3) for radiator/condenser. |
| – | Slacken radiator and condenser from lock carrier. |
| – | Remove both screws (Pos. 2) from the top. |
| – | Secure the radiator and the condenser in the engine compartment. |
| – | Slide the lock carrier forwards. |
Note| t | Do not suspend the condenser to the wires. |
| t | Do not fold the condenser wires. |
| Installing: |
| – | Installation is carried out in the reverse order. |
| 2 - | 20 Nm |
| 3 - | 5 Nm |
