| Removing: |
Note| Removal and installation is carried out by 2 mechanics. |
| – | Remove screws (Pos. 10) and remove bonnet. |
| Installing: |
| Installation is carried out in the reverse order; pay attention to the following points: |
| – | Adjust engine bonnet → Rep. gr.00. |
| – | Adjust the stop buffer and check the opening and closing of the bonnet. |

| 3 - | Stop |
| 4 - | 20 Nm. |
| 5 - | Hinge |
| 6 - | Retaining clip for support |
| 7 - | Support |
| 8 - | Mounting bracket |
| 9 - | Rubber bearing |
| 10 - | Nut - 20 Nm |
| 11 - | Cover strip |
| Removing: |
| – | Remove screw (Pos. 12). |
| – | Unclip clips on the cover strip with e.g removal tool -MP8-506- towards the bonnet. |
| Installing: |
| – | Installation is carried out in the reverse order. |
| – | After installation the cover strip must be flush with the engine bonnet. |
| 12 - | 3 Nm |
