Removing and installing the partition panel of the plenum chamber lock carrier
   
Removing and installing the partition panel of the plenum chamber lock carrier
1 - Plenum chamber cover
Removing:
–  Remove front windscreen wipers → Electrical System → Rep. gr.92.
–  Pull out the engine bonnet seal (Pos. 6).
–  Remove plastic nuts (Pos. 2).
–  Detach water pipe to the washer nozzles (including angular piece).
–  Disconnect the plug connections of the heated washer nozzles (depending upon vehicle equipment).
–  Remove plenum chamber cover (Pos. 1).
Installing:
–  Installation is carried out in the reverse order.
2 - Nut (2 Nm)
3 - Air inlet cover
4 - 9 Nm
5 - Partition panel
Removing:
–  Remove plenum chamber cover (Pos. 1).
–  Remove damping for partition panel (Pos. 8).
–  Remove plastic nut (Pos. 10).
–  Remove screws (Pos. 4).
–  Carefully remove the partition panel from the engine compartment.
Installing:
–  Installation is carried out in the reverse order.
6 - Engine bonnet seal
7 - Plastic nut
8 - Damping for partition panel
Removing:
–  Remove engine control unit (with bracket) → Engine → Rep. gr.23 (on petrol engines Rep. Gr. 24).
–  Remove bracket for plug of electrical cable (depending upon vehicle equipment and engine type).
–  Remove metal lock washers (Pos. 9).
–  Remove plastic nut (Pos. 7).
–  Pull out the engine bonnet seal (Pos. 6).
–  Remove the damping from the engine compartment.
Installing:
–  Installation is carried out in the reverse order.
9 - Metal lock washer
10 - Nut (2 Nm)
