| Removing: |
| – | Disconnect battery earth strap → Electrical System → Rep. gr.27. |
| – | Remove cover for gearshift lever → Gearbox → Rep. gr.34. |
| – | Remove handbrake lever handle → Chapter. |
| – | Remover cover for left sustainer -6-. |
| – | Remove fixing screw -12- for armrest. |
| – | Remove armrest -7- from the top. |
| – | Unclip cap -4-. |
| – | Remove covers -3- and -11- for screws of the centre console. |
| – | Remove fixing screws -2- for centre console. |
| – | Pull on the handbrake and partly push the centre console upwards. |
| – | Disconnect plug connections for switch and igniter → Electrical System → Rep. gr.96. |
| – | Remove centre console from vehicle. |
| Installing: |
| – | Installation is carried out in the reverse order. |
| – | Pay attention to the sequence when connecting the battery → Electrical System → Rep. gr.27. |
| 2 - | 1.5 Nm |
| 3 - | Screw cap |
| 4 - | Cap |
| 5 - | Storage area (depending upon vehicle equipment) |

| – | Remove centre console (Pos. 1). |
| – | Remove screws (Pos. 13) and take off sustainer. |
| Installing: |
| Installation is carried out in the reverse order. |

| 10 - | 14 Nm |
