Removing and installing front passenger airbag key switch
   
Removing and installing front passenger airbag key switch
  WARNING
Safety measures should be observed when handling the airbag units → Chapter.
The switching off and on is undertaken only when the ignition is switched off.
Removing:
  Note
Disconnect battery earth strap → Electrical System → Rep. gr.27.
–  Carefully lever front passenger airbag key switch - 1 - e.g. with a screwdriver out of the dash panel.
–  Disconnect the plug connection of the front passenger airbag key switch.
Installing:
–  Connect the plug connection of the front passenger airbag key switch.
–  Press front passenger airbag key switch into the dash panel opening.
  Note
Pay attention to the sequence when connecting the battery → Electrical System → Rep. gr.27.
