| Removing and installing the rear door trim panel |
| 1 - | Rear door trim panel |
| Removing: |
| – | Switch off the ignition and all electrical components. |
| – | Lever out cover for door handle -7- from bottom to top with e.g. door panel inner trim removal tool -MP8-602/1-. |
| – | Remove fixing screw -5- for door trim panel. |
| – | Remove screws -6-. |
| Vehicles with power windows |
| – | Lever out switch unit for power windows -4- → Electrical System; Rep. gr.96. |
| – | Disconnect the plug connection. |
| For all vehicles |
| – | Unclip trim panel with e.g. removal tool for the inner lining of the door panel -MP8-602/1-. |
| – | Unhook the control cable from the interior door handle -8-. |
| – | Release plug for speaker (depending upon equipment). |
| – | Slightly raise trim panel -1- upwards and remove. |
| Installing: |
| – | Installation is carried out in the reverse order. |
| – | Replace clips -2- with new ones if damaged. |
