  Note
t  If the refrigerant circuit was separated, it is not always necessary to replace the dessicator, see → Air conditioning system with refrigerant R134a; Rep. gr.00 Chapter „Replacing components of the refrigerant circuit“.
t  As of MY 2011, the dessicator reservoir is attached to the left side of the condensor (condensers manufactured by Modine).
t  All opened components of the refrigerant circuit must be protected from the penetration of ambient humidity with suitable plugs.
Special tools and workshop equipment required
t  Circlip pliers
