Removing and installing the differential pressure senderG505 for vehicles according to EU 5 standard (right-hand drive) > < Installing the exhaust gas temperature sender 3G495 for vehicles according to EU 5 standard (right-hand drive)
Installing the exhaust gas temperature sender 4G648 for vehicles according to EU 5 standard (right-hand drive)
Installing the exhaust gas temperature sender 4 -G648- for vehicles according to EU 5 standard (right-hand drive)
Special tools and workshop equipment required
t  Key -T10395/6-
Coat the thread of the sender with hot bolt paste -G 052 112 A3-.
   
–  Screw in exhaust gas temperature sender 4 -G648- by hand.
–  Tighten the sender with a torque wrench and the wrench -T10395/6-.
  Caution
In this case, the setting of the torque wrench must be 29 Nm.
The correct tightening torque of 45 Nm is achieved by the „extension“ of the torque wrench using the wrench -T10395/6-.
