Install
  WARNING
Wear protective gloves when working with sealant and grease remover!
–  Remove gasket residues on sealing surfaces with chemical sealant remover.
–  Degrease the sealing surfaces.
  Note
t  Make sure that the clamping surfaces of the belt pulley, the fixing screw, the bushing, the double chain sprocket and the front crankshaft journal are free of oil and grease.
t  Make sure that the camshaft housing is not offset or tilted.
–  Carefully place the new gasket of the timing case onto the dowel pins.
–  To facilitate installation, screw two pin screws -M6 x 80- into the cylinder head and the cylinder block.
–  Position timing case with bushing simultaneously on the pin screws, the dowel pins and the front crankshaft journal.
–  Tighten the fixing screws of the timing case diagonally and evenly:
t  Tightening torque for M6 screws: 10 Nm
t  Tightening torque for M10 screws: 50 Nm
The further assembly is carried out in reverse order to disassembly. Pay attention to the following:

Install crankshaft belt pulley → Chapter.
