t  The radiator and the charge air cooler are separate parts.
t  The radiator is fitted onto the charge air cooler.
t  The radiator and the charge air cooler are removed and installed together → Chapter.

q   removing and installing → Chapter
q   after replacing fill entire system with fresh coolant
2 - Coolant hose
q   to exhaust gas turbocharger
3 - Coolant hose
q   to radiator for charge-air system
4 - Coolant hose
q   to exhaust gas turbocharger
5 - Coolant hose
q   to charge-air cooler in the intake manifold
6 - The fan ring
7 - Coolant hose
q   to coolant pipe below the intake manifold

q   to engine oil cooler
9 - Expansion reservoir
q   with coolant shortage warning light sender -G32-
q   Check the cooling system for tightness → Chapter
10 - Connector
11 - Screw cap
q   Testing the pressure relief valve in the cap → Chapter

13 - Plastic inserts
q   for fixing screws

q   at coolant recirculation pump -V50-

q   at coolant regulator housing
24 - Thermo-switch for radiator fan -F18-, 35 Nm
q   for fan
25 - O-ring
q   replace if damaged
26 - Top radiator bearing
27 - 5 Nm
28 - Coolant hose
q   to the expansion reservoir
