Removing and installing the main fuse box directly at the battery > < Removing and installing main fuse box on battery carrier
Disconnecting and assembling the main fuse box and the plug fuse holder
Disconnecting and assembling the main fuse box and the plug fuse holder
Separate
   
–  Release nuts -1- (6 Nm).
–  Remove the spring washers -2- and the flat fuses -3-.
  Note
Number and size (number of amps) of the flat fuses are dependent on the vehicle equipment → Current flow diagrams, Electrical fault finding and Fitting locations.
–  Remove the plug fuse holder -4- from the base plate of the main fuse box -5-.
Assembling together
The main fuse box/plug fuse holder are assembled together in the reverse order. Pay attention to the following:
–  Pay attention to the correct assignment of the main fuse box with the flat fuses → Current flow diagrams, Electrical fault finding and Fitting locations.
