| Adjusting the engine control unit to the throttle valve control unit |
| This adaptation teaches the engine control unit the various positions of the throttle valve with the ignition on and the engine stopped. These positions are stored in the engine control unit. The acknowledgement of the throttle valve position occurs via the two throttle valve drive angle senders. |
Note | The engine does not start during the automatic adaptation. |
