t  Torque wrench
t  Counterholder -MP 1-221-
t  Depth gauge
Removing
   
–  Attach counterholder -MP 1-221- with M8x45 bolt to the drive plate. Place two M10 nuts between the counterholder and the driver disc.
  Note
Fitting position of the counterholder: A - to release, B - to tighten
–  Release screws for drive plate.
Install
  S13-0085
–  Insert the drive plate using the washer with recesses -1-.
–  Insert new bolts -3- and tighten to 30 Nm.

–  Check installed dimension on the three points of the drive plate and calculate the mean value.
t  Nominal value -a-: 19.5...21.1 mm
  Note
The measurement is made through the hole of the drive plate to the cylinder block.
If the specified pressure is exceeded:
  S13-0197
–  Remove driver disc and use compensating washer -2-. Insert screws -3- again and tighten to 30 Nm.
  Note
Replace screws for drive plate.
–  Tighten screws -3- to 60 Nm + torque a further 1/4 turn (90°).
