| t | In automatic mode -8- independently of the actual blower speed, a medium blower stage is displayed. |

| t | If the driving speed drops below 15 km/hr and if the refrigerant temperature exceeds 70°C, the displayed value will not change. Thus the actually measured ambient temperature is not displayed as it could be negatively influenced at low speed by the stored heat of the engine. |

| t | If the push-button -14- is pressed the display for the footwell air flow will light up or go out. |

| t | Transition from Celsius to Fahrenheit degrees and back: Press and hold the push-button -11- and then press the push-button -9-. The display will show the corresponding temperature unit. |

| “AUTO”: for automatic mode |
| t | In automatic mode the Climatronic maintains the selected interior temperature for the vehicle fully automatically. To this end the temperature of the expelled air, the blower speed and the air distribution are automatically changed. |
| “ECON”: for cooling system off |
| t | In “ECON” operation only the compressor is disconnected, the heating and ventilation operation continues to be controlled automatically. |
| “OFF”: for complete system switched off |
