–  Press on laterally -arrow-.
–  Press together opening to a slot.
  Note
If necessary warm up cap (e.g. in hot water).

Removing and installing circlip
–  When removing and installing the circlip -A- pull the shift lever in -direction of arrow A- while simultaneously pressing the spacer bush down with a screwdriver up to the stop in -direction of arrow B-.
  Note
Do not twist spacer bush when pressing down with screwdriver. Release the mounting slot in shift lever for circlip carefully.
