Installing the coolant pipe - engines with identification characters AEH, AKL

Special tools and workshop equipment required
t  Pliers for spring strap clamps
  Note
Always replace seals and gasket rings.
   
–  Moisten „O“-ring -1- with coolant additive and slide onto the coolant pipe -2-.
–  Push the coolant pipe into the bore hole on the cylinder block.
–  Tighten bracket for coolant pipe to 10 Nm.
