| 1 - | Plenum chamber cover |
| Removing: |
| – | Remove front windscreen wipers → Electrical System → Rep. gr.92. |
| – | Pull out the engine bonnet seal (Pos.7). |
| – | Remove plastic nuts (Pos. 2). |
| – | Remove plenum chamber cover (Pos. 1). |
| – | Remove plastic nuts (Pos. 3) at protective grille. |
| – | Remove protective grille (Pos. 4). |
| – | Slide out securing clamps and detach water pipe to the washer pipes (including angular piece). |
| – | Disconnect the plug connections of the heated washer nozzles (depending upon vehicle equipment). |
| Installing: |
| – | Installation is carried out in the reverse order. |
| 2 - | Nut (2 Nm) |
| 3 - | Nut (2 Nm) |
| 4 - | Protective grille |
| 5 - | Air inlet cover |
| 6 - | Partition panel |
| 7 - | Engine bonnet seal |
| 8 - | Nut (2 Nm) |
