Superb Seat Frames for Front Seats

Removing and installing seat height adjusting elements
Removing and installing seat height adjusting elements
Removing
–  Removing seat → Chapter.
–  Remove the side trim panels from the seat rack → Chapter.
–  Remove seat height adjustment handle → Chapter.
   
–  Carefully unhook the tensioning springs -2-.
–  Screw out (10 Nm) screws -arrows- and pull out seat height adjusting elements -1-.
Install
Installation is carried out in the reverse order.
