Removing and installing the slide valve body > < Disassembling and assembling ATF supply

Removing and installing oil strainer (gearbox assembled)
Removing and installing oil strainer (gearbox assembled)
Removing
–  Removing the oil pan → Chapter.
   
–  Release both screws of the oil strainer -arrows-.
–  Take the oil filter out of the slide valve body.
Install
–  Apply some ATF to the seal on the intake collar of the oil filter.
–  Carefully press the intake collar of the oil filter up to the stop in the opening on the slide valve body.
–  Screw in the oil filter -arrows- and tighten the screws to tightening torque.
–  Installing the oil pan → Chapter.
–  Fill with ATF and check and top up ATF level → Chapter.
