Removing and installing DVD player
Removing and installing DVD player
  Note
t  In case of complaints about the DVD player, ask for the 4-digit anti-theft code before repairing.
t  Additional information → Operating instructions of the DVD player.
Removing
–  Switch off all electrical components and take out the ignition key.
   
–  Carefully swivel out the screen -3- up to the stop.
–  Carefully swivel back screws -2- and screen.
–  Move the player -1--arrow-, carefully unhook a little to the bottom and disconnect the plug connection.
Install
–  Mount the plug connection.
–  Hold the DVD player under the roof, in order to first insert both screws.
–  Slightly tighten screws, but do not tighten yet.
–  Fix roof console in the clip area and allow to clip audibly into the roof bearing by exerting considerable pressure on the console.
–  Tighten screws (1.3 Nm).
–  Unlock the system by entering the code number and inspect operation of the player see → Operating instructions of the DVD player.
