Water Pump and Generator Drive Belt Removal and Installation
Removal
1. Disconnect negative cable at battery.
2. Loosen tension pulley bolt (1) and tension pulley adjusting bolt (2).
3. Remove Water Pump and Generator Drive Belt (3).
Installation
Reverse removal procedure noting the following instruction.

Adjust belt tension referring to Water Pump and Generator Drive Belt Inspection and Adjustment.

Tighten all fasteners to specified torque.
Tightening torque
Tension pulley bolt a: 25 Nm (2.5 kg-m, 18.0 lb-ft)
Tension pulley adjusting bolt b: 25 Nm (2.5 kg-m, 18.0 lb-ft)
