Remove brake shoe hold down springs by turning shoe hold down pins, then remove brake shoes, then brake shoe strut, Fig. 5.

Disconnect brake line, remove wheel cylinder attaching bolts, then wheel cylinder. Check wheel cylinder for leaks. If leakage is found, replace
wheel cylinder inner components.

Install wheel cylinder to backing plate and torque bolts to 6-8.5 ft. lbs.
10.
Install brake line and torque flare nut to 10.5-13 ft. lbs.
11.
Assemble brake shoes, levers and springs as shown in Fig. 6.
12.
Push shoe hold down springs into place, then turn hold down pins to engage springs.
13.
Install parking brake shoe lever stopper plate, Fig. 4.
14.
Connect brake cable joint to parking brake shoe lever, Fig. 3, then parking brake shoe lever return spring.
