7. Connect terminal "As" and terminal "B3" by a jumper wire. Then connect terminal "B3" end to terminal "E".
Observe the voltmeter voltage drops to 0 V right after connecting the jumper wire from terminal "B3" to "E". Then the voltage rises to battery
voltage (10 - 14 V) within the time shown in the table.
