a. Remove the bolt from the brake pedal support reinforcement.

b. Remove the bolt and nut, then remove the brake pedal support reinforcement from brake pedal support sub assy.

7. REMOVE BRAKE PEDAL SUPPORT SUB-ASSY

a. Disconnect the stop lamp switch connector from the stop lamp switch assy.
b. Remove the 4 nuts and brake pedal support sub-assy.

8. REMOVE BRAKE PEDAL RETURN SPRING
9. REMOVE STOP LAMP SWITCH ASSY

a. Turn the stop lamp switch assy counterclockwise and remove the stop lamp switch assy.
b. Remove the cushion from brake pedal support sub-assy.

10. REMOVE BRAKE PEDAL SUB-ASSY

a. Remove the bolt and nut, then remove the brake pedal sub-assy from brake pedal support sub-assy.
b. Remove the 4 brake pedal bushes from the brake pedal and brake pedal lever.
c. Remove the 2 collars from brake pedal sub-assy and brake pedal lever.
