HINT: The jiggle valve may be set within 15— of either side of the prescribed position.
2. CONNECT WATER INLET WITH LOWER RADIATOR HOSE
Install the water inlet with the 2 nuts.
HINT: Facing the top mark (protrusion) upward.
Torque: 20 Nm (15 ft. lbs.)
3. FILL WITH ENGINE COOLANT
4. START ENGINE AND CHECK FOR LEAKS
