8. Using the 09631-22020 Special Service Tool (SST), disconnect the pressure feed and return tubes.  
9. Remove the power steering gear assembly, doing the following.

a. Remove the bolt and nut from the bracket.
b. Remove the two set bolts and nut.

10. Remove the bracket and grommet.

INSTALLATION

1. Install the grommet and bracket.

2. Install the power steering gear assembly, performing the following steps.

a. Tighten the gear assembly set bolt A to 165 Nm (123 ft. lbs.).
b. Tighten the gear assembly set bolt B and nut to 190 Nm (141 ft. lbs.).
c. Tighten the bolt C and nut to the bracket, tightening it to 165 Nm (123 ft. lbs.).

3. Using the 09631-22020 SST, connect the pressure feed and return tube. Tighten the tubes as follows.

Pressure Feed Tube: 36 Nm (26 ft. lbs.).

Return Tube: 40 Nm (29 ft. lbs.).

NOTE:

Use a torque wrench with a fulcrum length of 300 mm (11.81 inch).

This torque value is effective in case that SST is parallel to a torque wrench.

4. Connect the No.2 intermediate shaft. 
5. Connect the right and left hand tie rod ends
6. Install the stabilizer bar.
7. Position the front wheel facing straight ahead.

NOTE: Do it with the front of the vehicle jacked up.

8. Install the center spiral cable.

9. Install the steering wheel, performing these steps.

a. Align the matchmarks on the wheel and steering column main shaft.
b. Temporarily tighten the wheel set nut.
c. Connect the connector.

10. Bleed the power steering system.
11. Check steering wheel center point.
12. Tighten the steering wheel set nut to 34 Nm ( 25 ft. lbs.).
13. Install the steering wheel pad.
