(c) Check that the bearing has no play. Using a spring tension gauge, recheck the preload.

Preload (starting): 2.9 - 5.7 kg (6.4 - 12.6 lb, 28 - 56 N)

If not within specification adjust with the adjusting nut.

(d) Secure the lock nut by bending one of the lock washer teeth outward and the other lock washer teeth outward.

7. INSTALL FREE WHEELING HUB OR AUTOMATIC LOCKING HUB

8. INSTALL DISC BRAKE CALIPER

Install the brake caliper to the steering knuckle, and torque the bolts.

Torque: 1,250 kg-cm (90ft-lb, 123 N.m)

9. Using SST, connect brake tube to caliper - SST 09751-36011 - and torque nut.

Torque: 155 kg-cm (11 ft-lb, 15 N.m)
