Radiator Cooling Fan Motor: Service and Repair
No. 1 Cooling Fan Motor

Removal and Installation

REMOVAL 

1. CANADA: Disconnect relay block (for daytime running light system) from battery hold-down clamp.
2. Remove No.1 cooling fan.

(a)

Disconnect the cruise control actuator wire from the clamp on the fan shroud.

(b) Disconnect the cooling fan connector.

(c)

Remove the 4 bolts and cooling fan.

INSTALLATION

Installation is in the reverse order of removal.
Cooling fan bolts torque to 5.0 Nm (44 inch lbs.)
