6. Disconnect A/T oil cooler hoses from oil cooler pipes.

7. Remove radiator and cooling fans assembly.

a. Disconnect the cruise control actuator wire from the clamp on the No.1 cooling fan shroud.
b. Remove the 2 bolts and 2 upper supports.

HINT:  After installation, check that the rubber cushion (A) of the support is not depressed.

Torque: 12.8 Nm (9 ft. lbs.) 

c. Lift out the radiator, and remove the radiator and cooling fans assembly.
d. Remove the 2 lower supports from the radiator.

8. Remove A/T oil cooler hoses from radiator.
9. Remove lower radiator hose from radiator.

10. Remove No.1 cooling fan from radiator.

Remove the 4 bolts and cooling fan.

Torque: 5.0 Nm (44 inch lbs.)

11. Remove No.2 cooling fan from radiator.

Remove the 3 bolts and cooling fan. 

Torque: 5.0 Nm (44 inch lbs.) 

INSTALLATION 

Installation is in the reverse order of removal.
