Remove timing belt as follows.

a. Using a suitable screwdriver, remove tension spring.
b. Loosen No. 1 idler pulley mount bolt.
c. Remove timing belt from engine.

Remove camshaft timing pulley by using SST 09278-05412 or equivalent to hold the timing pulley; remove the pulley mount bolt and plate
washer.

Remove the No. 1 idler pulley.

20.

Using SST 09278-05412 or equivalent to hold the drive pulley, remove the injection pump pulley mount nut.

21.

Using SST 09213-60017 or equivalent, remove the drive pulley. Caution: The pulley will spring out so be careful not to drop it.

22.

Remove the No. 2 idler pulley.
