P311 HYBRID VEHICLE CONTROL: SUB RADIATOR: INSTALLATION
INSTALLATION
1. INSTALL RADIATOR ASSEMBLY
(a) Install the radiator assembly with 2 bolts A.
Torque: 5.0 Nm (51 kgf-cm, 44in-lbf)
(b) Install the radiator assembly with 4 bolts B.
Torque: 9.0 Nm (92 kgf-cm, 80in-lbf)
(c) Connect the 2 water hoses with the 2 clips.
2. INSTALL RADIATOR SUPPORT UPPER See: Radiator/Installation
3. INSTALL AIR CLEANER INLET ASSEMBLY See: Engine/Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Installation
4. ADD COOLANT (for Inverter) See: Hybrid Drive Systems/Power Control System/Service and Repair/P311 Hybrid Transaxle
5. INSPECT FOR COOLANT LEAK (for Inverter) See: Hybrid Drive Systems/Power Control System/Testing and Inspection
6. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER ENERGY ABSORBER See: Body and Frame/Bumper/Front Bumper/Service and Repair/Removal and
Replacement/Reassembly
7. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER ASSEMBLY See: Body and Frame/Bumper/Front Bumper/Service and Repair/Removal and
Replacement/Installation
