Multiple Tires Out of Round Claims

Effective May 1, 1987, TMS, USA will not accept warranty claims for three or more tires "out-of-round". The high improbability of such defects
occurring simultaneously indicates that additional diagnosis may be needed.

Please refer to the Toyota training video entitled, Diagnosis of Wheel Vibration Problems for information regarding diagnostic procedures.
This video may be ordered through the non-parts system using part number 00401-42512-V, if not currently available at the dealership.

If diagnosis indicates that the tires are all "out-of-round", DSM authorization will be required for claim payment. All tires involved will be
requested to be shipped to the TMS Parts Return Center for review with the manufacturer.
