April 4, 2007: The OFP in the Warranty Information table has been modified. A new step 1 and Figure 2 have been added to Flash Reprogram
ECM (regarding removal of the 10A ECU-IG fuse). Previous Figure 2 is now Figure 3.

Previous versions of this TSB should be discarded.

Introduction

Under certain driving conditions, some 2003 - 2004 model year Camry vehicles (2AZ-FE PZEV) may exhibit a M.I.L. "ON" with DTC P0142 stored (
Oxygen Sensor Circuit malfunction, Bank 1 Sensor 3). The Engine Control Module (ECM) (SAE term: Powertrain Control Module/PCM) calibration
has been revised to correct this condition.

Applicable Vehicles

All 2003 - 2004 model year Camry vehicles equipped with 2AZ-FE PZEV engine.

Warranty Information

This repair is covered under the Toyota Federal Emissions Warranty. This warranty is in effect for 96 months or 80,000 miles, whichever occurs first,
from the vehicle's in-service date.
