Air Door Actuator / Motor: Testing and Inspection
Air Mix Servomotor

Air Mix Servomotor (Auto A/C)

1. REMOVE FRONT DOOR SCUFF PLATE LH
2. REMOVE COWL SIDE TRIM LH
3. REMOVE LOWER NO.1 PANEL
4. REMOVE LH LOWER INSERT

5. REMOVE HEATER PROTECTOR

Release the 3 claws and pull out the heater protector.

6. REMOVE AIR MIX SERVOMOTOR

a. Disconnect the connector.

b. Remove the 3 screws and servomotor.

7. INSPECT AIR MIX SERVOMOTOR CIRCUIT
8. INSPECT AIR MIX DAMPER POSITION SENSOR CIRCUIT

9. INSTALL AIR MIX SERVOMOTOR

a. Install the servomotor with the 3 screws.
b. Connect the connector.

10. INSTALL HEATER PROTECTOR
11. INSTALL LH LOWER INSERT
