Blower Motor: Service and Repair
Disassembly and Reassembly
DISASSEMBLY
1. REMOVE AIR INLET SERVOMOTOR
a. Remove the 4 screws and servomotor with link.
b. Using a screwdriver, release the claw and remove the link
HINT: Tape the screwdriver tip before use.
2. 1MZ-FE manual A/C only: REMOVE A/C AMPLIFIER
3. REMOVE BLOWER MOTOR
Remove the 3 screws and blower motor.
