Using an ohmmeter, measure the resistance between the terminals.
Resistance:
At 50 °C (122 °F)
64 - 97 kOhms
At 100 °C (212 °F)
11 - 16 kOhms
At 150 °C (302 °F)
2 - 4 KOhms
If the resistance is not as specified, replace the sensor.
